Architect Responsibilities & Duties

• Create detailed architectural plans and designs for buildings
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes and regulations
• Supervise construction projects to ensure they are built according to the plans
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and other technology tools to create plans
• Prepare budgets and cost estimates for projects
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural techniques
• Research and select materials and finishes for buildings
• Present design proposals to clients

Architect Qualifications & Skills

• Pursuant of Master’s degree in Architecture
• Pursuant of Professional Architect certification
• Experience in sustainable and green building practices
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software
• Ability of creating a design portfolio showcasing a variety of projects
• Ability to work in large-scale construction projects
• Negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of urban planning and development
• Experience in interior design
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Pursuant Licensed Architect
• Proficiency in CAD software
• Understanding of building codes and regulations
• Effective project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Attention to detail and precision in design
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
